font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; Whenever anyone outside of OCPS sends an email to someone inside of OCPS using Plain Text e-mail, ProofPoint encodes any URLS in the message.<\/span><span style=\"color: #444444; font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; I&#8217;m still trying to track down some other issues, like why not all URLs are encoded.\u00a0 However, it appears from multiple tests that URLs pointing within OCPS are not encoded when email comes into OCPS.\u00a0 Notice that all URLs that point within OCPS are NOT encoded but all others are.\u00a0 I&#8217;m not 100% sure that is the rule yet, but I&#8217;m getting there.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #444444; font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Email sent from my personal account to work using plain-text:<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #444444; font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.ocps.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/051118_1905_HavingTroub1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><span style=\"color: #444444; font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Same email sent from my personal account to work using HTML:<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #444444; font-family: Segoe UI;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">So then I tried send email from inside OCPS to an outside account.\u00a0 When I used HTML or RICH-TEXT, the URLs received on the outside account looked normal:<\/span><span style=\"color: #444444; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.ocps.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/051118_1905_HavingTroub3.png\" alt=\"\" \/><span style=\"color: #444444; font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">However, when I tried sending the same email to the outside account using PLAIN-TEXT, the URLs were again encrypted:<\/span><span style=\"color: #444444; font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.ocps.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/051118_1905_HavingTroub4.png\" alt=\"\" \/><span style=\"color: #444444;
