I recently got this question from a school who had old links. While i did find the links directly to the English version of these files in PDF format on the district’s site. I also found a better option. I found the page:
https://www.ocps.net/cms/one.aspx?pageId=697640
which includes the links for the Code of Conduct and Parent Guide in 6 languages so that the user can select which version they want to view. You may want to use this instead.
