Why would you want to attend?
You don’t have to be an accessibility expert, but you do need to have a solid understanding of what Web Accessibility means and what guidelines apply.
Even basic knowledge will empower you to make better decisions about design, content policies, and site changes.
During the 90-minute training session, you will learn:
- What accessibility means in the online realm
- How people with disabilities access the web
- WCAG 2.0 standards
- Laws and regulations about accessibility
- Keyboard, text, structure, and contrast requirements
- How to get in compliance
Who is this training for?
Web Accessibility impacts a wide range of people who contribute to running a website. Anyone with a stake in your organization’s website could benefit from training but we particularly recommend that web developers, project managers, designers, and content managers attend.
