I recently noticed that for many schools, if not most, the Search option at the top of the page did not always work because the pages displayed in the result set returned by the search included with ‘www.’ as a prefix to the school name or could even point to the old SharpSchool sites, either of which would fail.
After a brief discussion with SchoolMessenger/Presence staff, we determined where the problem is and we should have all the schools corrected by the end of September 2019. If we miss any school and the search results still fail, let me know beginning in October.
