The video recording from the August 13, 2018 webinar for district web admins/authors is now available from our intranet site page:

The videos on the left side of the page are the introductory videos created in 2017. The Mastering video on the right side is the most recent addition to this page. The entire webinar is rather long at almost 2½ hours. If you do not have time to watch the entire webinar (which we recommend that you do at some point) you can use the table of topics to locate when each major topic begins. Use the time slider at the bottom of the video to ‘jump’ to the section you want to see now. Note, many of the sections in this video paid particular attention to ADA requirements which we will be further addressing in the coming weeks.
We do recognize that the sound quality was not as good as we hoped. Also, the site was often slow in responding. We attribute both of these issues with the fact that we were at the start of the school year when network traffic is at its highest. In fact, on Monday we had nearly a million pageviews and for the last two days, we have surpassed a million pageviews each day.

This video can only be viewed by OCPS employees and you will need to log into with your employee ID and network password to view the video.
We will see if we can get better quality sound next month when we conduct the School Web Site Mastering Webinar on September 10th.
