Link to Your School Collaboration Site? Of Course You Can, With Care

​Do you want to have a link on your public school site that lets​ your staff directly access your school collaboration information, your internal school calendar, internal documents, or other information?  The recommended district solution to this request is to place an external link under Faculty and Staff with the Title: Staff-Only Area.  Then point this link to your school collaboration home page.  Open this link on a new page/tab so that when the user finishes, they can simply close the window to collaboration and remain in your school web site.  Do not clutter the public site with multiple links to different parts of your collaboration site for staff access.  Of course, anyone who clicks on this link must log in with a valid OCPS user id and password.  So your internal collaboration information will remain secure.
